You must pre register by Thursday, November 1 to attend the Partners Conference.

When filling out the form below, please enter the amount you were told you would pay in the box for “scholarship amount.” If you were not told an amount, enter “pending.” Regardless of how much of a scholarship you are receiving, you will have to submit a credit card number to be charged $475 in the event that you back out, cancel or fail to show up to the conference. Your card will not be charged if you attend the conference. Because this is not a secure server – do not enter your credit card info here.
